Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of our products (dietary supplements), we do not accept returns or refunds once the item has been delivered.

However, we will gladly offer a replacement if:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours at paragiswellness@gmail.com or via our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Paragisherbalwellness with clear photos or videos as proof.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for replacement.

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Opened or consumed products
  • Change of mind
  • Improper handling or storage after delivery.
